Stay at Dolphin for NYE??

I currently have a reservation at All Star Music for the upcoming NYE (Dec 30th - Jan 2nd) but wanted to upgrade to the Dolphin (my 40th B-day trip).

I cannot seem to book a room there for those dates and I'm not getting a reason why. Does the Dolphin sell out this early? Or, have they not yet opened up their reservations for that time frame?

Any advise or past experiences to go by?

Have you tried calling the resort....the only ressies has given my incorrect info at times...

I just spent my 40th there this past Christmas...I spent a few days at the Dolphin..... I loved it is very convenient..
