Stay 6 nights get one free or something? Starwood related..

I promise this is the last question I will ask...and I am sure I'm probably not asking in the right place but I am not even packed yet so I can't hunt...

I heard there is some Starwood deal that if you stay 6 nights you get one free - or 10 nights and you get 2 free. Does anyone know DEFINITELY about this? I am staying 15-24th at the Dolphin (March) and I'd like to not pay for a night if I don't have to....help?

Simply register, then stay six nights at any Starwood hotel or resort between March 1, 2003 and May 31, 2003, to earn a free night. You can use your free night any time through July 31, 2003. And if you stay another six nights, you’ll receive an additional night free.

I have tried to find that promotion online it it just isn't there. Someone thought it my be for platnium members only. Have you stayed this year? I got 2 free nights last year but it was after my trip. There is nothing on spg.com for this promotion under specials.
