Starwood points Question, anyone?

I would like to use the $60 + points offer. I already have my room booked, can I just do this at the SPG desk when I arrive? Or must you always go thru starwood?

I believe with these SPG points packages and promos, you must reserve this through the Starwood reservation department. Give them a call as soon as possible, and they'll be happy to make the switch and accomodate you. It's a GREAT promotion, and a great way to Stay using points!

I believe you have to reserve the room under this promotion by April 30th, and your Starwood points are then deducted from your account right away.

You have to call Starwood's 800#. They'll take you through the steps over the phone. Just have your Starwood # and your ressie number available. Good luck!

Could somebody please explain this promo to me? I currently have 7700 points. Not many, but maybe I could use them with this promotion. How many points plus $60 do you need for a night's stay? Thank you so much...
