Starting to get REALLY excited

So tonight we go together with friends and choose our excursions. We leave May 7th on a 7 day western cruise. Any feedback on these excursions would be great:

Key West: Our friends have been to key west a couple of times so we are booking nothing and just going to walk around and hit places of interest.

Grand Cayman: Island Tour and Snorkeling with Stingrays

Cozumel: Fury Catarmaran Sail, Snorkel, and Beach Party

Castaway Cay: Parasailing.

Also does anyone know what movies are currently showing on the ships or know of a website tht might have that information?

We didn't do the Disney excurision with the stingrays -- booked our own with Captain Marvin's and it was fantastic. A lot of people on these boards do this. It was great and less crowded than being on the Disney excursion (also cheaper). Our friends did the Fury Catamaran and LOVED it. We have not done the Parasailing on Castaway Cay but plan to do it next time. The Banana Boats on Castaway Cay were great! My kids still think that was the highlight of our last trip. Hope this helps.
