Starting to get majorly concerned about Happy Limousine Company!

Every year, we normally book a town car through Happy Liousine Company to handle our transfers from Orlando International to our Resort at WDW. We've never been enamored with Mears, or the Disney Magical Express busses, even though they are free. This year however, I booked a town car as usual for our up coming trip to WDW several months ago. I called Happy Limo's toll free number on just to confirm our reservation, and it was out of service. Their website said it was having technical diffulties with their toll free number and gave a (704) number to use instead. I dialed that number and talked to a gentlemen on Friday who confirmed our reservation and I thought everything was OK. Tonight, I tried several direct dial (704) numbers for Happy Limo and all of them said the number had been disconnected. I did find one number with a message that their office was closed until Monday, but with a week away, our decision not to use Magical Express transportation may not have been a good one. Can anyone tell me if they've heard anything about Happy Limo having problems? Thanks in advance for any responses.

I haven't heard anything about Happy Limo, but are you sure you are calling the right number? Orlando's area code is 407? I'm sure you know this, but I've transposed numbers like this before, so I thought I'd mention it.

I would call them on Monday and if you don't reach anyone or are still worried, maybe book through another town car company. I know that is not something I would want to have to worry about. I always use Murray Hill Transportation, but if I couldn't reach them I'd book with someone else.

Sorry, on my post, I did transpose the area code. There is an (800) and two direct dial (407) numbers on my faxed contract. The (800) and both of the (407) numbers are out of service. On their website, a different (800) and one of their (407) numbers is out or service. On their website, I did find one (407) number that said that their office was closed until Monday.

but worst case, you can take a taxi to the resort. Not as much fun as a Town Car or Limo, but will get you there just fine.

Can you add the Magical Express, at least for the return trip?

I went and checked, didn't see any threads about Happy Limo.

Maybe you should add Magic Express as a back-up. If Happy is there for your arrival, then great. If they are not, you can use ME. We go on vacation to get AWAY from stress, not to add to it!
