starting to get excited now!

We're not going until December 1st but I'm starting to really really look forward to our trip.
We're staying in Newport Bay. Any tips or advice? Does it cost much to upgrade to admirals floor?
Anyone else been in early December? Clothes wise what should I look to bring?
Our kids (11, 6, 4, 1) know nothing about going so anyone want to share their stories of how they told their kids!

I can't help with the Newport Bay I'm afraid but I've been twice in December and we packed thermals, thick tights, fleeces, hats, gloves, scarves, etc. Lots of layers as it could be freezing or it could be milder! And we took the footmuff for the buggy.

Sure you will get some great reveal suggestions. I played hangman once with my two, the answer being 'we are going to disneyland paris', but I told them well in advance of our trip this year.

Right will get onto buying thermal. I'm thinking trainers and thermal socks will be ok. I wabt the kids to ve comfy and I don't think snow/winter boots will be a good idea.
Ohhh I like the hangman idea. I'm bursting to tell them now but I think we'll leave it until a month before!
