Wish you could lose those holiday pounds?
You can't *wish* them away, but you can W.I.S.H them away!!!
WISH (<b>W</b>e're <b>I</b>nspired to <b>S</b>tay <b>H</b>ealthy) is the healthiest board on the DIS, filled with the most determined and helpful folks you'll find anywhere. In 2003, WISHers lost more than a ton. Ever notice those little WISH cliparts in our signatures? They don't mean we *wish* we could lose that many pounds- they mean we haved worked and WISHed away that many pounds since taking the WISH challenge!
Nope, you can't sit around and wish those pounds will disappear. Real WISHers know that it takes work- lots of sweat and determination to get and stay healthy. Come to WISH chat and meet some of these great folks, and get or give some great ideas and inspiration to get your new year off to a healthier start.
It's not too late to get a healthy start for 2004!

To get to Chat:
You will find a link to the chat room if you go to the DIS homepage and scroll down the list of informational sites, on the left side of the page, to the Community/Misc category, <i><b>Or</i></b>...you can just <b>CLICK HERE</b>
On your first visit to the chat room you will have to create a user name and password and choose which chat program you want to use. Ichat is the easiest and most fun program to use for DIS chat. You can download it free <b>HERE</b> The Ichat works best if you are using the newest version of Internet Explorer browser. You will find the download site for Internet Explorer, if you <b>CLICK HERE</b>. Both of these programs are free downloads.
<b>If you use AOL</b>: Log on to AOL then minimize the page and use Internet Explorer to enter chat. If you prefer to use the AOL browser then you must choose the html chat program.
<b>If you use a MAC</b>: You will need to use the html chat program for chat.</font></font>
