Well DH and I ordered "beach body" but I have not started yet. I plan on starting tomorrow. I'm a teacher with 3 kids who need to be taken hither and yon. It is so hard for me to find time. DH has been telling me to send the program back because he doesn't think I"ll do it. He started today and wanted me to. Well, there is one "Day of rest" and I thought mine better be Monday, since it is dance class and Brownie night with no time for a workout. My plan is to have a slimfast shake for breakfast, two healthy snacks and a healthy lunch, work out after school, and a healthy dinner. 1200 calories, I hope. If nothing else motivates me I took my MEASUREMENTS just now and YIKES!!!! No wonder my arms wave goodbye when I wave hello!!! I am guessing I weigh about 180 and am 5'7". I've been a little worse, but the best I have ever done on WW is getting down to about 170 and then stopping. I hope I am more motivated this time. I would like to lose 20 pounds in the 4 months I have left before our WDW vacation--or if not 20 pounds, at least look a LOT better in my sleeveless tops!! Robin M.
