Stars parade at MGM ?

I need to know if the Stars Parade begins or ends at the Hollywood and Vine restaurant ? If it ends there, approximately what time will it be over ?

It begins back behind Star Tours. It works its way around the park and ends at the front of the park. It never goes by Hollywood and Vine.

Be sure you're on the correct side of the parade route or you wont be able to cross the parade path to get to H&V
