Stars & Cars Parade

Do they do a different parade during the holidays or is it the same parade all year long? Where is the best place to view this parade?

Last year they did do a different parade for Christmas but I'm afraid I never saw it, so I don't know how different it was, or what they changed.

I believe the holiday version is called Holly Jolly Parade. They outfit the cars and characters in festive holiday gear and play Christmas tunes. I would recommend watching this if you haven't done it before

That's what it was for Christmas 2004.

Thanks for the info. Have not seen the parade during the holidays, so it will be a nice change.

Does anyone know if they will keep the newest additions to the parade from the movie Cars? Love to get that on film for my nephew.

The best spot is right at the start of the parade. Stand with your back to the Star Tours entrance as close the gate where they come out of as they'll let you. Any kids you have can walk behind the parade and hold the rope behind the last car and walk the whole parade route!

He's at the end along with Minnie!

When we were there 2 weeks ago, it was Lightning McQueen followed by 'Mater to open the parade!
