Stars and Motor Cars @ MGM

I have a 5pm ADR for Hollywood & Vine for the FDP on our MGM day. The Disney schedule says Stars & Motor Cars is @ 5:30. We've never seen it, and now I'm thinking I remember reading that the Power Rangers and Toy Story characters are in it? My son would love it.

So I'm trying to decide if I should move my ADR so we can catch the parade. With the parade @ 5:30, and Fantasmic @ 9, not even sure what time to move it to.

Can anyone tell me about this parade? Who is in it?

If I remember correctly, the parade goes right past H&V and it isn't very long. If you get your spot to watch the parade as close to H&V as possible, you could reasonably do the parade and then just hop into dinner. Its a buffet, so you should be done in under an hour, really. So, even if you had to move your adr to 6:45 you should have plenty of time to get to Fantasmic. Have fun!

to be honest the parade at MGM isn't the greatest. which is why it's on it's last leg. it will be replaced at the end of the season. If you really want to move your perfered seeting to another time then do so, but it's not much to write home abaout. And this is comming from a guy who performs this parade. "cha cha cha"

They have also added 2 cars from the new movie Cars. It is Lightening McQueen and Mater.

Ohhh, hi "bear" You are my kids favorite. And to be quite honest my 5 year old and 2 1/2 year old LOVE this parade, it's their favorite because it has the classic favorites, but combines with the Power Rangers and toy story my son's favorites and has Playhouse Disney my daughters favorites!

Well if this is the last season for it, then I would definitely make time to see it. We loved this parade!

Thanks for all the advice and the links to the pictures....I am sure now that it is not to be missed for us, both of my kids love these characters. And michvin, thanks for reminding me that the parade route is in proximity of H&V!

I'm looking all over the place at work to see if I have my ADR #s here, I'm going to move my ADR to 6:30-6:45, so we can do it all!!
