Do the sandwiches already have condiments on them?

If so, what is on the ham sandwich and what is on the turkey sandwich?

Thank you! I do NOT like mustard. ;)

I'm curious to know this too! I hate when mayonnaise is on the sandwich before you get it. This happened to me at the bakery in Norway. While it was still a decent sandwich, I couldn't stop thinking ick I hate mayonnaise!

1st post on the boards and it's about mayonnaise! It figures hah

They come dry nothing added. I also noticed today they have sushi on the menu! www.allears.net

Welcome to the disboards. :)

Mom Poppins - is that a new change? When we were there last August (2009) the ham sandwiches definitely had a mustard-based sauce on them. I ended up splitting the sandwiches in half (top to bottom) and giving my son the halves without the mustard. We were considering avoiding it on our next trip because DH adamantly won't eat mustard or mayo either - be glad if they changed it!

Hmm, it's a mystery so far. Two of us have no idea, one says no, one says yes. :teacher: Anyone been there recently???

have had both types of sandwich multiple times... they must have changed recently because they always had sauce when we've eaten them. The ham had mustard type (like dijon...a little spicy) and the turkey had a mayo-like spread. Neither was dripping sauce, but not dry either. Now they could have changed them this year...haven't had one since Sept 2009

Well, I prefer it dry but I can live with the mayo, so turkey it is. :thumbsup2 I'll just wipe off as much as I can.

We had the ham in Dec 09 and it defintely had something on it - not dry - dijon mustard?

They are pre made as far as I know you have to get them as is - no customising.

Wwe enjoyed them.

Hmmmm I know mine had nothing on it in May 2010, I remember getting some mayo from the cond. bar area but I don't know if it was just a one time thing... I am reading more reports of with. I will check it out in November and ask if you can get it either way. :)

It looks like chloelovesdisney will be there first so hopefully she can answer her own question when she gets back :)

Happened to have the ham sandwich in August 2010, it comes with mustard (spicy brown type), they are all premade and cannot be removed. I ended up doing the same as a previous poster, split the sandwich from top to bottom for my kids as my daughter won't touch mustard.

Yes, I will issue a report when I get back. Till then, I know you all will be anxiously awaiting the answer to the condiment question. popcorn::

It would make sense to have the condiments on the side imo, not everyone likes them, wants the same ones on the same sandwich, and they're easy to add yourself. Of course, that's just because I don't want them on there. :upsidedow

Well ham is out, anyone have the turkey recently and can confirm it's mayo???

Agreed - I passionately hate both mustard and mayo. Won't go near the stuff!

Ate the turkey sandwich there last week!! (I was actually coming over to this board to give the place a rave review).

Now I didn't commit it to memory in stone or anything- but it was mayo based and had some sort of seasoning in it. It was AMAZING! Loved it.

Had it with the butterfinger cupcake on the dining plan- my mom and I split it. It was soooo filling I could barely finish both of my halves. Great meal to split.

Thank you! Turkey it is. :thumbsup2

Turkey sandwich had some sliced avocado and seasoned mayo that sort of melded together. Not too much of it and only on one side.

Ham sandwich has a grainy mustard, again on just one side.

you were able to get the sandwich + the cupcake for 1 CS credit?? or did you have to use a snack credit for the cupcake????

I had the turkey sandwich there about a week ago, and it tasted to me like a pesto/mayo combination. The sandwich was very good. I was not a fan of the salt on the bread though.

You can get the cupcake with the sandwich and it's 1 CS credit. I too remember some sort of grainy mustard on my ham sandwich, and I was there in Aug 2010.
