You can use them at all of the starbucks locations at Disney.

It's my understanding that you can use your gift cards, but if you have the app, you won't be able to get "stars"/reward points when you use them.

Or at least, that's how it used to be.

Your purchases will earn Stars towards rewards. You can't redeem rewards in the parks but can redeem them at the DTD locations.
