Star Wars Weekend Merchandise??

I'd like to know if anyone whos attended the past Star Wars weekends can fill me in on the different type of merchandise they sell. I've seen all the stuff in the exit to Star Tours, and I'm very interested in finding out if they have Disney plush/beanie dolls dressed up in star wars outfits? We get my daughter a new Donald every year and this year she wants one dressed as a Jedi Knight.

I have been since 1999 and have never seen the characters dressed as characters from the Movies. I would love to see the characters that way it would be cute. What I have seen is pins, posters, t-shirts, and I think hats. I have been collecting the posters and hopefully they will have them this year.
