Star Wars on Disney Fantasy Christmas Week?

My family will be sailing on the Fantasy this coming Christmas week, the day after (Dec 19th) Star Wars is released. Does anyone know if they will be showing the movie on-board?

There is an excellent chance that Star Wars will be onboard your cruise. Once a film opens, DCL tends to have them onboard for several months, unlike land-based theaters. Especially the successful ones.

You're getting on right after me. I'm sailing the Fantasy 12-18th. All info I've gotten is that it'll be shown first on my sailing. You'll have it as well, but you'll have the whole cruise to enjoy it. FWIW, some scheduled movies in rotation on my sailing include Ant Man and Guardians of the Galaxy. And Cinderella. Those have been out for quite some time, just as a frame of reference.

I doubt it that they will have the whole cruise to enjoy it. What DCL does after the premears they will have the movie playing on pirates night for the show. After that it will playing the rest of your cruise. If they had the new Star Wars movie playing from the beginning of the cruise the movie night show wouldn't be too special.

That's still a lot better than it premiering on the last night. I'm still trying to figure out how my kids will be able to watch it since they go to bed around 8.

Wondering...I'm going on the jan 9 sailing for starwars day at see cruise...where can i find out what movies are playing when i'm on the boat?? Figured star wars would be one but want to double check
