I just got back from WDW. As always great. One has to love it.
But as a fan of Disney perfection (the thing that is very much alive in Tokyo Disney Resort that is my "home") I have to just mention a few things.
No, I will not complain over the prices or the extreme wait times that are all out of this world.
I will not complain about rides and effects not working fully anywhere or stinking dirty bathrooms.
What I will complain about is just a detail 99% of all of you will think is silly.
It is a fact that Star Wars Galaxy's Edge can be seen from many places in Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios. But what I have noticed also is that the spires (tops of the mountains) in Star Wars Galaxy's Edge are built on simple poles that stick out of the roofs on the building's. I do know that things like these are visible in many places in WDW, but not as clearly as here. ...and I think that does not only kill the effect of a huge grand detailed land but it also looks silly. After all... Star Wars is just a few steps from Toy Story. It could have all been done soo much better, especially since Disney are putting soo much at stake for the entire project. It only shows that Disney is too cheap build a mountain facade a few feet longer to prevent something that will remain visible forever.
...and here is a video of the gondola:
