Yesterday, in the process of taking some fresh baked bread from the oven I managed to burn myself.

Is it just me, or does that burn resemble the outline of a Tie Fighter?

DH told me the other day, he went to an office supply store to buy White-Out for work. The girl at the register asked for his ID because at this store, you have to be at least 18 to buy white out. He said he felt flattered. I told him he should've tried that old Jedi Mind trick on him. "YOu don't need to see my identification. These aren't the droids you're looking for."

On our fridge, we have a small magnetic whiteboard we bought when we first brought DS home so we could keep track of how many bottles, poops, etc he had per day. I usually write stuff on there and for the longest time I had, "Do or do not. There is no "try"." written on there.

Ah see my DH used that very line at Tatooine Traders at MGM last time we were there. For some reason I think that the staff there must hear that all the time! And while my dh was chuckling to himself, I was ducking behind the counter hiding in embarrassment! Although I have been tempted to use that line a few places myself. But the look on that poor girls face! OOF!

Just want to say, sorry about the burn but the tie fighter thing is just, well, cool. LOL. Also, whoever mentioned Luke in a speedo - yeah, I'm quite content with that thought. I have friends that think Luke is a geek but I love me some Luke Skywalker.
