Star Wars Galactic Nights Party

We just purchased tickets for this party on December 16 and I don't know much about it. We are regular visitors and we are all Star Wars fans but this one slid by. I was aware of the Dessert Party but not the special event. I believe there was one in the spring...can anyone share any details? We are quite excited that it happened to be during our trip!
