Star Wars fireworks or Animal Kingdom evening EMH?

Hi everyone! Trying to plan a last minute trip for just my husband and I (yay! No kids this time!) I saw some where the first night of our trip AK is open late but I had planned on going to HWS for the Star Wars fireworks, but now I'm wondering if AK would be the better place to go that night? If we go to HWS, is there anywhere with dining reservations that has a good view of the show? If we go to AK, where should we eat? What goes on there at night? Thank you for your help!

Can you Go To HWS another night and still see the Star Wars Fireworks? I have not been to AK at night myself but others have said it is beautiful at night and riding Expedition Everest at night is a special treat. However Symphony of the Stars is suppose to be amazing so it really is personal preference if you can not swing both.

I wouldn't miss the Star Wars fireworks for anything, but I'm a big fan of Star Wars and fireworks. I'd love to experience AK at night, but SW fireworks would win. Also, there is no restaurant with a view of the fireworks. There's a dessert party, but it only goes through 3/19, I believe (unless they've extended it). In AK, Yak & Yeti is where I'd eat.
Keeping in mind I haven't been to WDW in 17 years, but I've been researching our upcoming trip for the past 8 months (OMG! I have no life! LOL!). So my opinion is based on online reviews and Youtube videos, LOL.

Thanks for the replies. I messed up though I guess the EMH are indeed in the morning? I could have sworn I saw it at night somewhere, oh well glad I checked before changing my fast passes etc.

If I booked dining can I see the fire works from anywhere?

Unfortunately,Disney ended PM EMH at DAK quite a while ago DAK now has TWO AM EMHs per week.

There is some "hope" the PM EMH could return once the Park starts staying open later for RoL,etc.
