Star Wars Fireworks Dessert party

Is there an annual pass holder discount for this dessert party. Overtime I try to look at the pass holder page on the Disney website, I get the pic of Stitch and Somebody ate the page. The dumb thing never works for me. Also, is there a dining discount at Tusker House?
