No.
The whole theater is a simulator, which moves in relation to the movie in front of you. It is a very turbulent ride, with lots of up/down/forward, etc.
In the past, some people have been able to ride a movement free showing of the movie. Basically, they show the movie, but turn off the simulator so that the theater does not move.
You would need to ask at the entrance and be prepared for them to give you a time to come back later. Whether or not it is even possible to do will depend on staffing, how many ride cars they are running, how busy it is, etc.
Since most people want to ride with motion, they may not have the resources to do a run without motion all the time.
