LOL. I watch the prequel trilogy for laughs. The over abundance of CGI is just laughable. And for some reason, Disney thinks making an all-CGI FX ride will be good. I prefer the classic FX to the CGI ones.

Everything you just said, . I couldn't agree more, I wasn't even around when the original three were released and I still love them, way more than the prequels. Like I said, I'm a youngin and I know the greatness of the original, the prequels tempt me to join the darkside unfortunately.

Hence why Disney's taking their refurb to the prequel approach, themed between episodes 3 and 4. I'm not sure what you mean by series, whether it be the cartoon series (which again, produces even more fictional characters than were present in the prequels) or the prequel trilogy. No matter what, I'd have him watch the originals, theyre just so good.
