Never stayed at CSR. Usually stay at CBR. I read a lot on these boards, and decided that $11.00 more over preferred was worth trying Club Level. We are military and it was just under 200. We are only there for 1 night. Get in around noon, leave the next day around 1 in the afternoon. Only going to Disney Springs for some shopping and dinner. Tell me about Club Level and CSR. Are we going to like it. What is in the lounge during the afternoon, Hours of lounge, what is there for Breakfast?

The lounge was only open for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, bagels, and a pastry. Nothing hot. Drinks were available but no alcohol. Evening snacks were veggies with dip, bread, pretzels, and something sweet - chocolate pretzels I think. Alcohol was 2 bottled beers, white wine, red wine & Sangria. The lounge its set lf is very small with limited seating. For us it was perfect, just enough. Nowhere near real club level at a deluxe, though.

Found updated info on Coronado Buzz's website. We were there in Nov 2014 last.

Coconino Cove is open 7:00 a.m. – 10 a.m., 7 days a week for breakfast and 5:00 p.m. - 10 p.m. for evening service.

Breakfast (7-10am): Cold cereals, bagels, fresh fruits (apples (green and red), bananas, and oranges), and either donuts, muffins, cinnamon rolls, or danish (they alternate those). The coffee machine makes espresso and lattes; they have regular and decaf coffee, a nice selection of teas, milk and juice.

Evening Service (5-10pm): Soft drinks, Perrier, beer (Bud Light/Yuengling/Corona), wine (white/red/zinfandel), and sangria. Crackers, cheeses, veggies, hummus, salsa, and grilled leek dip. Traditional Italian antipasto meats, olives, grilled veggies & bread (removed PROMPTLY at 7 PM) and replaced with pretzels, tortilla chips, potato chips and veggie chips. Also at 7pm, they bring out fresh baked cookies (chocolate chip, sugar and oatmeal).

CSR isn't really "Club." It's called Business Class to differentiate it, and the hours/benefits are well summarized above. The room does not have a view and isn't much of a hangout spot like you'd expect of CL in the Deluxe resorts.

For an $11 difference, you can make that up with breakfast or one glass of sangria, though.

But don't expect Club Level amenities. It's not quite the same thing.

Agree with above but we had standard view club level and were on second floor corner room nearest to the main building and had water view out of both sets of Windows in our room. Very nice. Also just being close to the main building is worth the $11. We enjoyed breakfast every morning except when early entry to park was at 7 and evening snacks many nights. The cookies were very good (and very big!). They will also give you to go cups of wanted for coffee or sangria etc.

I choose it because it looked closer to the main building. I know it is not a "true" Club Level, but for 11 bucks that's a couple of cokes and a sangria. I thought this would give us an idea if we even like the resort for our trip in a couple of years. It should be fun. Thanks for the information.

My daughter drank her weight in chocolate milk from the lounge which was our money worth alone. They would automatically get her one or more from the back every time we came in. They also gave us cereals and milk etc for breakfast when we went to early park opening before the lounge opened. Very nice people working in there. Also met some cool people staying there.

I am so excited to stay Business Class at CSR (how am I going to contain myself until Sept!!!). Just wondering - can you bring an adult bev from the lounge to the pool?? THANKS A MIL!

Can you take an extra soda and snacks to your room if you know you won't be back in time before they close that evening?

Yes and they actually encourage it. Parks opened before the lounge opened for breakfast and I asked if I could take a milk to the room and they loaded us up with cereal milk and bananas

We were upgraded for free once to biz class and the location alone was worth it. However it is no comparison to CL at the AKL and BWI.

Business class CSR is perfect for us! We have an early breakfast in the lounge (which is more than plenty for us) then head to parks for rope drop. We've always had a table-no problem. We are at the parks all day. Then after a sit down meal (dinner) somewhere and a little more park time, we head back to the lounge for some snacks and adult drinks. Occasionally an evening swim. They'll pour your beer or whatever in a to-go cup if you're headed to the pool. So for our "Disney schedule" CSR BC is perfect for our family. We'd never get our money's worth at a deluxe club level with our schedule. Oh and the staff at the lounge there are super friendly and willing to help you with anything.

Am I correct in assuming that the club is completely closed between 10:00am and 5:00pm? In some hotels, the lounge is not staffed in off-hours, but your room key still allows you to enter and help yourself to sodas, water, etc. From what I'm reading I'm guessing they won't allow this here.

Also, do the business class rooms have refrigerators? I could stock up on some sodas for the afternoon and keep them cold that way. Thanks!

We've spent 28 nights in Business Class at CSR and I actually have never tried to enter during the off hours, but I suspect you are right.

We always stocked up on supplies from there. Drinks, cereal, cookies, etc. Everytime we came home from the parks we would grab some stuff before heading to our room. As PP stated there are fridges in every room.
