I have a reservation for a standard 1 BR Villa at the Boardwalk for December 27-31. 128 points are required which I am renting for a total of $1500, to be paid 1/2 now and the remainder by 11/1. I am offering a discount of $100 if paid in full now. Cancellations up to 11/20 incur a 10% penalty. Cancellations up to 12/15 incur a 25% penalty. Through Disney, the cost would be $2280 plus taxes.
