Stand alone point claculator

I think there was a stand alone point calculator program, one that was an .exe not an Excel file, on here a while ago but I can't find it on the list and I lost my download.

Is there anyone who can give me a url to find it?

I am not sure if this is the particular type of point calculator you are looking for but Disney's DVC page has a very nice point calculator.
