I'm a scrapper. With over 10 years worth of stuff. And has been slowly getting into card making as I can't seem to ever finish a scrapbook. Cards seemed easier to finish.

A friend brought me to her weekly Stampin' Up Stampers Club tonight. Oh this could get dangerous. Make 4 cards for just $7 and you get to use all the supplies, paper & tools of the Scrappin' Up lady.

Its like drugs. They give you some to try, then you keep coming back for more. :rotfl:

Made 3 different card designs. A total of 4. Very pretty. Tools, punches & stamps I don't own. She has all the paper cut before you arrive. You just stamp & assemble.

Had a good time too.

I did that for years and then my stampin up demonstrator got a full time job and had to give it up. Man those stamp camps were so much fun and we made great things!

I just went to my Stampin' Up stamp club yesterday! My demonstrator has them in her home once a month and you need to spend $15 each month. The beginning of the session we pick names for who gets which month to be the hostess. She has both a morning and evening session. I like it because I don't have to have it in my house and I like meeting up with like-minded people.

Each month we work on 3 small projects. Yesterday we did 2 cards and a tag.

Isn't it fun? :)

Mine was Monday night at demo ladies house in Uxbridge. Has a nice room in her basement. Lucky lady. :D She's doing something Friday too. And every Monday. Not sure when I'll be going back with friend.

Mine is the first Wednesday of every month. Another section meets on Thursday. We have a 20$ minimum, but that guarentees each one of us a nice party. My month was October. Slowly building my punch supply and stamp collection. I love the comradery of the club and I actually use my stamps too -

I joined one in August! Our minimum is higher because it's only 4 in the club right now...but I always go over anyway...

SU has the best stamps and punches! I love them!

MA is a small state, I'm in Attleboro!

I went to my first Stampin up party a few weeks ago - loved it!!! One of my friends is in the club and invited me. I bought 12 clear stamps with holiday sayings on them. The demonstrator is having a camp on Monday for $20 that I REALLY want to go!

I've been going to Michaels almost everyday since picking up glitter glues for $1 and checking out the clearance areas! My mom got me the Sizzix textured boutique for Christmas with a coupon, which I'm really excited about, so now I have to figure out which textured folders I want! Then she's hired me to make her Christmast cards so I'm making samples!! So much fun!

I can't seem to do a single scrapbook layout, but I can make a mean card!!

Well, it IS a small world as I live in Mendon and went to the club in Franklin :)
