this week i only lost 1/2 pound
i pretty much ate like i wasnt dieting, and i exercised everyday...so i guess 1/2 pound is good. Dh will be going to talladega for the nascar race next weekend, so i will have to watch what i eat next weekend...
i have to work, so i cant go....
so here are my stats:
Current weight: 169.5
weight lost this week: .5
only 24.5 lbs left to disappear
and this one amazes me: starting weight 238--i have lost 68.5lbs
We will be heading to orlando on vacation in november....When we get back, i will post some before and after pics. I really want to see those myself.

Wow! I was looking at our Disney pics and realized how much weight I have gained and almost didn't even recognize myself in the pics. Your journal has been the inspiration that I need to get started! Thanks! Keep up the great work and wonderful job of journaling!
Hi..Just wondering how you are losing your weight? What kind of diet plan are you following? My biggest challenge is going to be finding something to drink besides Dr. Pepper. Whatever you are doing sure seems to be working great! I would love to be able to lose about 60 pounds befire we go in May. Last time we went I didn't even go to the waterparks with my husband and 2 teen boys...Just couldn't put that bathing suit on...I used to absolutely love the pool and would have been the first one in..I sure miss that but my self esteem has just hit bottom...Thanks !!!
