St. Thomas Snorkeling Excursions

Trying to decide between 2 different snorkeling excursions in St. Thomas. One stops at Shipwreck Cove and the other one stops at Buck Island and Honeymoon Beach (full day or half day). Has anyone done either of these or other snorkeling excursions in St. Thomas that they really enjoyed?

I have 2 children, ages 13 and 9. We've only snorkeled once and my 9-year old son was a bit scared so definitely looking for an excursion geared toward beginners.

We did Full Day Caribbean Sail & Snorkel to Turtle Cove & Honeymoon Beach (ST43), and it was awesome. Very cool pirate ship "Bones", and the crew was amazing.

I remember getting on/off the boat at a dock. But to get into the water to snorkel you do have to jump, although I believe they also have a ladder.
