My brother and his family needs a cheap place to stay that allows pets.

by cheap I mean under $55 a night.

I have looked on hotelkingdom, expedia - any other places.

I can't use priceline because of the pet issues.

My SIL must have her dog with her at all times....

spicey, try googling pet friendly hotels. There are several sites that list hotels that will accept pets. petswelcome.com and travelpets.com are just a couple. I did a quick search on petswelcome and saw a days inn at clearwater/st pete airport with rates of $54 per day. Not sure if the pets are extra charge though. good luck.
