What if they sold the green flips on Friday March 17 for "wearin' o' the green"? How sweet would that be? They wouldn't even have to make a new item, just re-issue the flips! We should all send an email to "Contact Us" as a suggestion. I suggested they price them at 500 so it would be affordable!

Good idea though! I'm sure we'll get to buy another over priced pin that is green to drop into our unseen vault of useless, but well loved pins. Oh how I'd love a pin trading album!!

Yeah, I know people would pay that much, which is why I suggest they make it affordable, otherwise we will be using up all our credits again!

i doubt they will ever sell green flips unless Staff change their costume as it has been said that there is not a plan for that. so i can not even imagine them selling it. because staff were trying to trade people for them so it could be a "Staff Only Costume" so i am not even going to try to "beg" for them to come out as they are only flips. yes, i would love a pair but think about it: Most people want them because staff have them or because not many people have them. well if they were sold they would be worth about... NOTHING. But i guess you can always dream, but remember dreams do not aways become reality.

Staff would still have the green mouse ears and the green baggy pants.
It would be a solution for impersonators and the down outright extortion people trade for them. Flood VMK with green flips, no more worrys.

Most people want them because staff have them or because not many people have them.

Some people, maybe.
But the flips look good with a lot of outfits, and the girl characters do not have a green shoe that color they can buy.
Especially if you play the "Colors" game, it is an intrinsically desirable item.
So I wouldn't say their perceived worth would completely plummet if they were widely available.
I would be very pleased to have them regardless of the rarity factor just for their worth as an accessory
If they don't want to re-release, however, I would love to see a green dress! Yes, it is good to dream!

Staff don't wear all green all the time now. Babs, Phinny, Hula, and Red have wore the Everest costume with their green ears. So, they may re-issue them

Wasn't there a list of items that are coming out and a staff costume was in there?

I am truely expecting to see the green clothing for sale on 3-17 flips, bag pants and all.

I heard staff saying wait and see when someone asked her about the green flips.

As far as staff saying that they will never be sold. Countless times staff said Beta wasn't coming out again. Then some said it would. Some said it would not. It depends on who you asked and what day it was.

Beta came back in force with the blue stuff.

So honestly I don't think there is any item safe, no flips, not bag pants, nothing.
