Hi everyone!

My wonderful, incredible, great family and I are going to WDW next month. We arrive March 14 and leave the 21st.

I'm wondering what (if anything) I can expect to see at WDW for St Patrick's Day. Will CM and characters be dressed differently, in their Irish green?

Does anyone here on the forums plan on doing anything St Patrick-y and special and green while they are there on the 17th?

I think I'll put everyone in a green shirt that day. But I don't have anything specific planned yet.

:rotfl: HI We will be down there on St. Patricks Day, and tried to get reservations at Raglan Road (the Irish restaurant in DTD) was its completely booked and not accepting any more reservations. Also tried Rose and Crown in Epcot but booked also. I did hear that in that area in Epcot they would have some Irish Dancers, but that about all I have heard so far. I hope they do a little more than that. It would be fun to celebrate it.:rotfl2:

I've never seen anyone post about characters dressed up for St. Pat's but if so, hopefully someone will see your posts and let you know.

I was going to suggest eating at RR but I see PP said there are no ressies available.

I just checked opentable.com (a hint I got last year when I couldn't get an ADR for RR thru Disney) and it looks like they don't have anything either. I checked party of 2 @ 7 and party of 4 @ 9. Maybe you'll have better luck-here's the direct link http://www.opentable.com/rest_profile.aspx?rid=8023

Good luck! :goodvibes Have a great trip!

DW is also planning to visit during st. patricks day this year.... do they have special st. patty's pins?
