? St. John 5 star 2nd timing

I have read on one website that the timings for St. John 5 star snorkel were 7:40am and 11:45am. On another website it stated 1pm for the second timing. If the 1pm is correct, is there time to do the excursion and get back to the ship? Also, am I correct that the childclubs do not open until 9am? Thanks so much!

On shore excursion days the kid's clubs open at 7:30 am to accommodate those adults with early excursions.

We did the early (7:40am) 5-Star St. John Snorkel & Beach Adventure. I don't think we actually left until 8:00am. If I remember correctly we got back around Noon so I would think the 1:00pm time would be correct. This would give the crew time to rinse off all the snorkel equipment used by the first excursion. There were many on our cruise that went the second time and they were back in time to leave St. Thomas. HTH

We did the second one which worked out great, we had an early breakfast, went into St. Thomas shopping, came back for an early lunch and then headed out. (you will LOVE St. John-it reminds me of Gilligans Island, no touristy anything, just paradise!) I was nervous about making it back in time- in fact we got back about 4:30 and ran to the boat. But the people at the excursion desk assured me that if Disney books your excursion they will not leave without you.
