Lol...Woah Iam defo staying away from refillable mugs.
To be honest the negativity is starting to put me off my dis holiday a bit....I feel as if eyes are going to be watching me waiting for me to break a rule.

Its supposed to be fun! I think I've lost a bit of the dis magic

tinker, in case you didn't know, the mugs at universal are valid for refills for life
you buy the mug, i got mine in 96 and all you pay for are refills, about $1.25 each time. and if you use aaa/ap you get a discount on that refill.

this mug refill is offered at the parks, not hotels.

That is odd. Not only that you booked using ENT (as someone else mentioned), but that they said you could not guarantee 2 Queen beds. The way the reservation system is set up, you either request queens or a king. Who did you make reservations with? Loews, Universal, or another internet site? Just curious. What rate did you get?

When you reserve using the entertainment book, you do not go through the normal Loews or Universal website. I think the discount is about 15%. Nothing like it used to be. Because it is through a third party, they cannot guarantee their room type.

We got a 25% off discount off the room. I was surprised it was that much. It said because we booked through the Entertainment book AND we booked 4 nights we got 25% off and a $40 rebate when we return.

They can be a bit high strung over there.... I've never had a problem with my 4 kids in the room with us. They even crowded around me at check in even though I told my husband to take them for a walk!
