Wow I was way behind on yours! Glad to hear your brother made it home without having to have surgery. I think I knew that from FB, but glad to hear it here - especially after seeing all the other issues he has weighing him down.

I tried to convince my husband to just let me stay in Florida - I figured I could use points for a cheap studio somewhere, then would sneak in to the corner of some of the DISers who have trips coming up. Rosie's down there now, you are heading there soon....I think I could have stretched my points out for quite awhile. Enjoy your trip!!

So Fall Baseball has started here (even though it is NOT Fall yet) and Mark is doing a doubleheader. So I decided I should go shopping.

I went and got a few toiletries -- Tums for my acid reflux, bobby pins for my hair (I got my hair cut and it is shorter than I've worn it in a log time so it won't quite stay in a ponytail without me pinning some of the hair), conditioner.

I also got a make-up bag (I lost my old one), a new purse and a new outfit for Marco Island.
