Thanks friends. Sorry for the lack of an update last night with photos from the zoo, but I was totally wiped out and fell asleep around 8:30 or 9 p.m. while the photos were still uploading.

Today we had a meeting with a customer in Valdosta and then made the drive to Daytona Beach. We stopped at the Florida Welcome Center for fresh squeezed orange juice; we checked into the hotel around 4 p.m. and then went and spent a couple of hours on the beach before going to dinner. After dinner, we came back to the hotel and went and sat down by the patio near the beach and just watched the waves, etc. Mark is now watching reruns of Mash and I am here talking to you guys.

Glad you are sharing your trip with us! Love the sand gator! Sad to read there was no detour to or from Daytona. Is that why Mark wore the Grumpy shirt ? I don't remember seeing that restaurant at Daytona. Where is it located? My brother worked at Froggies and the Shipwreck years and years ago. Safe travels to Melbourne!
