Kathy your April plans sound good !!:thumbsup2 My August ones are evolving !! :rotfl2:Dissers have the right to change frequently Right!!:confused3

This business trip is sure going to be different than the marco island one, isnt' it! LOTS of hopping from one customer to another- instead of Park Hopping, it's city hopping!

I will come back with replies later (work is a crazy place today).

But I'm asking you all to keep your fingers crossed. The school where the boys went to high school is looking for an English teacher...and they want a male teacher. One of the assistant wrestling coaches is an English teacher and he emailed me this morning so that I could contact Andy and have him personally go over there today with his resume. Both the wrestling coach and the baseball coach (who was Andy's coach when he played at the high school) have already talked to the principal about Andy and their desire that he be hired (the baseball coach would love to have Andy as his assistant). So we are hoping that he might be hired for the job. :goodvibes

Your ADR choices look great! You liked Yak and Yeti? I'd really like to try it, but I always read mixed reviews about it!

The mini FL trip sounds great! I don't know how you can be in FL and not go to Disney for at least a day, though! :rotfl2:

Good luck to Andy! :cheer2:

Well, first the important news...keeping my fingers CROSSED for Andy and that teaching position! Good luck!!:goodvibes:goodvibes:goodvibes

Your dining ADR's look great too Kathy. How exciting! I love to plan my dining and usually drive DH insane with my many questions about where he'd like to eat. His favorite though is Boma breakfast!:thumbsup2

Jupiter, Florida? Oh, I went on a family vacation there when I was 10! The beach was gorgeous!

We :love:Yak and Yeti-Jeff has it as a must do for all trips

Lots of luck to Andy!!!

Whew, I was about 6 or 7 pages behind again...

Great sounding plans for the Apr trip. I actually prefer to fly out early as well, but it's not due to fear of flying. I just like getting to where I'm going at a reasonable hour. With the airport about 5 minutes down the road from me, it makes 6am flights not that bad though (in fact, my flight in Sept is at 6am).

I've actually been to Silver Springs as well, but it also was around 20 something years ago. (Man, I feel like I'm getting old now). I'd love to go back again at some point, but not in the cards just yet.

Like the food list too for Sept. I've been wanting to try Yak and Yeti, but I just can't fit it in :(.

Glad to hear everyone is doing better :).

Thanks, Allan. Don't worry...I was pages behind on everyone's threads tool.

I'm not sure if we'll get Silver Springs in, but we're goign to try.

You must try Yak & Yeti soon...it really is good.

Hey Kathy!!!!!

Just stoping in to say hi! I have a few pages to catch up on... :surfweb:

I'm so glad you are home. I hate to admit it...but I missed you. :)

Hey Kathy  Sorry I've been MIA, I got waaaaaaaay behind and found a little difficult to catch up, but am all caught up now :goodvibes

First off, I backtracked and started from the beginning again and I notice that our dates cross and got all giddy with excitement, do you have time to meet up with me and Dave? Am thinking cocktails at the Tambu Lounge :teeth:

Wowee to all those snow pics, you guys got hit bad. Hope its all cleared up and getting back to normal. Winter has been so harsh and being a stickler, its like it doesn't want to leave and let Spring take over :(

Gosh I hope your roof issues are starting to go away, nothing worse than having a roof problems in the Winter.

Sorry to hear about what happened with your brother, but it sounds like he is doing really well now which is wonderful to hear :)

Woo Hoo for the April trip, bet you can't wait to catch up with Nicki :) Where you are staying looks lovely as well :)

Your final ADR list looks great and I hope you get the times you want, when does your ADR window open up? Ours is a week today and I can't wait to get them booked :teeth:

Now I am officially up to date and promise not to get so far behind again :teeth:

Stefy, no apologies necessary...I've been in the same boat a number of times.

I would love to meet up with you and Dave. Maybe we can meet for coffee the morning we leave for Marco if you are still there (we are having breakfast at Kona on the 29th). If you aren't still there, let's figure something else out...but I definitely want to do.

Thanks, Rosie. I think I'm set. But like you said...Dissers hae the right to change frequently. ;)

:lmao::lmao::lmao: Good one, Liesa--I like it. I don't mind...I'll be in the warm and at a pool every day at some point.

pixiedust: For Andy. Hope everything works out. :thumbsup2

Thank you. It would be so ideal; wouldn't have to worry about him driving long distances in bad weather as the school is literally out our back door.

Good luck Andy!!! :wizard:

Thanks, Michelle. It will be stressful waiting to hear.

I'm happy with the choices, Jen. We will be stopping at a Disney store or two or three to make up for not going to Disney.

Thanks for the wishes for Andy.

Keeping my fingers crossed for Andy!

Thanks, friend. And thanks for responding to me on FB. :)

Fingers and Toes crossed for Andy. :goodvibes :wizard:

Thanks, Molly. We would love to see Andy at his alma mater.

I LOVE Boma too....your DH has great taste. I gave up asking Mark...hen keeps saying "whatever you want." UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never been to Jupiter, but Mark has. We'll be sure to stop at the beach.

Keeping our fingers, toes, legs, arms and whatever we can cross for Andy:thumbsup2

Thanks, Queen. I hope it all helps.

Thank you, Rosie. We've got lots of toes and fingers crossed.

We :love:Yak and Yeti-Jeff has it as a must do for all trips

Lots of luck to Andy!!!

Yak & Yeti is awesome. I loved the sweet/sour pork and Mark LOVED the duck.

Thanks...I really hope Andy gets it. He has a lot of people writing recommendation letters and making phone calls on his behalf.

Joining in the fun too! Boy I have alot of catching up to do!

Welcome; so glad you have joined in. Beware...I have a "few" nutty friends here. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I hope things work out for Andy. I know that market can be tough right now and it sounds like he'd be a real asset to the school. Sending you lots of :goodvibes.

Our dates are (for the land portion) September 18th to 28th, so can't do 29th but hopefully we can sort something out once I get our plans down in the PTR :)

Hi

Thanks, Tina. I'm not sure how long it will take to find out, but I'll be keeping my fingers crossed until we do.

Thanks, Stefy. I don't know if they want someone experienced or not; but with three coaches at the school pulling for him that have been there a number of years, I am hoping it helps.

Hi

Fingers and toes are crossed!!!

Great ADR's Kathy!

We need to figure out when we're meeting up. Can't wait to see you and Mark again.

Thanks, Sophia. My fingers and toes are crossed too. :goodvibes

Stefy and Sophia, I will send you a PM with our park schedule all of the days we are there and we can see when we can fit in a visit...perhaps you'll be at the same park as us, or we can meet for coffee or a drink at a resort or something before going to a park.
