So the last couple of days have been super busy with Mark's customers. He had one on Monday and that one was not as good as expected and we had some time at the pool; Tuesday we were in Cocoa Beach with a new customer and wrote orders for five hours!!! The weather was really crappy and it stormed for about two hours but it ended before we headed off to our next stop--which was a night in Coral Springs. Yesterday, Wednesday, we worked with a customer in Tamarac, FL, and I had a blast with the guys who own/run the store...we laughed and laughed and wrote a six page order. After that, we headed for Naples and arrived here around 1 p.m. yesterday. Mark did the pool and I caught up on office emails, etc.
Today, we drove to Ft. Myers and a customer there which ended up being really quick (but good) and we got back to Naples by 11:30. Mark changed his clothes (he has to dress nice for these meetings with customers) and we headed to Marco Island to surprise Nicki at work. AND WE DIDN'T BRING HER COFFEE because we didn't want to ruin the surprise. Poor Mark...this was all his idea and he walked in her office and was rubbing her shoulders and she's on the phone trying to finish up a phone call and not jump out of her chair and then she comes into the hall where I'm standing and pushes him out of the way and gives me a big hug.

Once we got in the conference room, Romeo got his big hug too. We talked for about fifteen minutes and then let her get back to work. Mark and I drove over to Starbucks and then went to the bay to see if we could see any dolphins. After we finished coffee, we went to one of the big souvenir stores and picked up a few things and then drove back to Naples and went to the pool for a couple of hours.
After showers, we headed off to meet Nicki and Todd for dinner. Earlier in the week, Nic had called and changed where we were dining this evening. Although they love Grouper & Chips, they thought we would enjoy The Dock more. What a great restaurant; it is on the water's edge. We got there a little earlier than Nicki and Todd and had a drink at the bar (Mark had a beer and I had a pina colada). Shortly thereafter, Nicki and Todd arrived and we were able to get a table overlooking the water.
I forgot to take pictures of our appetizers, but Nicki order the Shrimp Nachos and I had my New England Clam Chowder soup--all of it was delicious.
For our entrees, Nicki had the Lobster salad sandwich, Todd and I had shrimp and fries and Mark had seafood combo. Here are pictures of our entrees:
We had so much fun talking...it was just like we see them every day and not once a year (although this year it will be twice in one year

). We made it an early night because Todd had been up super early for work and was tired and Nicki and I are starting at 8:00 a.m. in the morning for our Starbucks runs and our shopping. I have a surprise hat that I'm wearing tomorrow while we shop!
In closing for the night, here's a picture of the four of us at dinner that the waiter, Trent, very sweetly offered to take:
