SSR spa tipping

Is tipping expected/customary for a massage at the spa? If so how much?

well I know they automatically at a tip onto the bill but people usually give more.

They do not automatically add a gratuity. Customary tip would be 20%.

I don't recall them adding a tip on. I usually tip depending on the service. If it was just ok, I only give 15% but if it is outstanding, then I tip 20-25%.

The only time I remember the tip already being added was when the treatment was part of a WDW plan.
