SSR Preferred Booking Category: Are you Congress Park, The Springs, or both/either?

We like CP but as a preferred booking for more points don't think it's worth it.We can walk to DS from anywhere on the resort and will probably book Grandstand or Paddock from now on.

I would only use extra points if I was guaranteed Congress Park. I would be highly upset if I got Springs. Not taking the chance so we will just book Grandstand and hope for the best. IF we dont get that at least I wont feel like I wasted points.

Yes agree whole heartly. Springs is last on my list of places to stay.

I was hoping prefers view meant not looking at the parking lot or entrance gate etc. not the location. All sections have nice views facing a pond, golf course or DS. even the pools.

We always request Congress Park but in the last bunch of trips we have been in the very last building on the farthest side facing trees and end of building...but on the good side its quiet. But not a quick walk to Downtown or a water or pool or any great view. I do not think I would like to pay extra points for that. Going next week so we will see what we get...

Paddocks - near pool (which is better for younger kids with play area), and still next to walking bridge to main pool/lobby/restaurants, and now fewer points

No voting for me. We actually prefer the Grandstand and usually request that so we will request that as 1st choice and will now tack on the Paddock as 2nd choice to hopefully avoid the Carousel.

You can request it but you can't book Grandstand or Paddock. You can book standard which would include them and Carousel.
