SSR pools question

Hi folks,
My father likes to swim laps to keep in shape. Is there a pool at SSR that might work for this? Is there a lap pool in the fitness center?

There is a private pool that I believe is in the area across from the springs. I don't remember that area, bu tthere is a nice pool that is pretty quiet and is rectangular and where you should be able to swim laps. Its not huge, but at least its straight.

The Grand Stand pool is perfect for laps. My wife and I use that pool for laps.

We found the Grandstand pool to be relatively quiet most days in October when we were there, especially earlier in the day before everyone returned from the parks.
