Every map I have seen shows a parking lot for each buidling. My understanding is that you park on the side of the building where the entrance and exterior hallways are and all the window face out the opposite side toward Downtown disney or toward some water, either a lake or pond. So which is the back and which is the front depends on whether the windows are considered at the front or back of the building. But clearly parking seems to be a lot better than at BWV, BCV, and VWL although maybe not quite as nice as OKW. I say that based on the size of the bulidning & also the size of the parking lot. Someone will have to get the farthest space.
