I did not recieve that specific scrub, but I did do the Jojoba (sp?) Scrub, listed right below it. My guess is their nearly identical so I'll share my experiences.
He did ask they I get nude but I never felt uncomfortable or akward. He left the room and gave me plenty of time to disrobe and lay on table. I had to situate a towel as if it was a diaper and was laying face down.
The scrub was rubbed on in a very soothing, massage format that was very relaxing! The lights are dim and there's soft music playing. When he was done with my backside, I needed to flip. Here's where the "diaper" set up came into play.
My flip was smooth and simple and I hadn't even noticed that there was another towel at chest level to "bring with me" as I flipped. I am by no means a coordinatored person and this was a pretty easy, simple process! He then continued massaging.
Once complete, I was able to get into a hot bath to rinse off and bathe in sea salts. He left the room for this process and it was very relaxing... that tub was huge and deep!
Once rinsed off, I was able to get back on the table under a sheet where I was massaged again with a moisturizer. Overall it was a very nice 50mins!
This was my first ever spa experience and I was extremely pleased. As I said before I was comfortable and never felt akward.
