SSR expansion question

I think that the latest SSR news was the expansion of the size of the resort - to 16 bldgs. Is that right? If so, does anyone know where they will be? I am looking at my map of SSR and was just curious. Maybe it will be NW of the Carriage House area?
If not it will be really far from everything.

AS you come in the gate, look to the right and you will see some open area toward the Fairway Villas. The CM we spoke with indicated that's where the new buildings are going. I think some or all of the Fairway Villas will be demolished.

Also - I believe there are 12 buildings in Phase I and Phase II, with an additional 6 going up in Phase III - for a total of 18 buildings.
