SSR dedicated 2bdr request?

We are staying at SSR in June and hope to get a 2 bdr villa with two beds in the 2nd room and on the 4th floor. I saw some building plans on one review but need to know how to word my room request to try and secure a room fitting this criteria. I also would like to be in the Springs. View is not as important.

SSR has dedicated 2BR villas in every building and all have 2 queen beds in the 2nd BR. This is a booking category so you can ask for a dedicated 2BR when you make the reservation. The only real request you will need to make is that you'd be located in the Springs section of the resort.

If you reserve on-line you will be given a choice between a "2 bedroom villa" and a "2 bedroom lock-off villa." Just choose the "2 bedroom villa"; if you call MS to reserve just ask for 2BR "dedicated" villa; any request for Springs and 4th floor needs to be made by phone.
