Are SSR's 2 bedrooms dedicated or a lock off? Thanks

This is from tjkraz's list of FAQ. I didn't know the answer.

Q. How many resort rooms will be available at SSR?

A. When fully developed, SSR will consist of 12 individual buildings. Each building will feature (2) Three-Bedroom Grand Villas, (20) Dedicated Two-Bedroom units and (24) Two-Bedroom “lock-offs”, each of which can be rented as a two-bedroom unit or split into a One-Bedroom unit and a Studio. Each building will therefore house between 46 and 70 units, depending upon the manner in which the lock-offs are reserved.

When fully developed, the 12 SSR buildings will encompass 552 to 840 units.

In fact, I'll just add that according to reports, all of the dedicated 2Bs will have two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom.

We have a 2B reserved for December, and I wondered about the dedicated vs. lockoff assignment. So, I called Member Services and the CM was able to confirm that our reservation is for a dedicacted 2B. There was no mention on our confirmation, but it sounds like it must be assigned that way in the computers. Wonder if that will hold up when we actually arrive.

We were told the same thing. Dedicateds will be similar to OKW and WL in that they will booked at the time the reservation is made and will be 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom.
