Sshhh..surprising the kids with a weekend get-a-away

They are going out of their mind trying to figure out where we are going. I told them not to make any plans with their friends this weekend, because we are not going to be home. I just didn't tell them where we are going.

I tried to get bonus time at our timeshare down the cape, but it was full this weekend. The kids love the indoor pool. So, there is a hotel a little closer to home that has a great indoor pool complex, with water-slide. We went there as day guests years ago when the kids were little and they loved it. They are going to freak when they see me pull into this hotel's parking lot!

sound fun! I loved surprising the kids with our 7 night Disney cruise a few years ago! we are supposed to be going for a night to Great Escape Lodge in NY in May...booked a great deal on travelzoo a couple months ago, but I didn't think to surprise them wiht it....I wish I kept is a secret now! Have fun
