SS 2 bedroom dedicated vs lockoff?

Does the master bedroom in both categories have a king size bed? I saw a map that had a queen size in the master in a lockoff. We are traveling with our married son and his wife and deciding between the dedicated and lockoff. Lockoff is more private, with balcony but smaller bathroom and storage. The master bedroom bed size would be the deciding factor though..thanks!

master is king in both. difference is second bedrooom config.
