Hello everyone! Just wondering if y'all typically submit trouble tickets for all offers when you do not get credit or if you just do them for select offers (I'm really only thinking about them for the big ones). I realize that I might miss out on a credit now and then, I'm just thankful for the ones that come through!! I just feel bad about submitting trouble tickets, but I guess they do serve a purpose.

Also, how long does it normally take for a trouble ticket to close?? I've had one open for a while. I guess it just depends on how much Tricia has to investigate and time it takes for the companies to get back to her.

I am thrilled with SR, just had those few things on my mind tonight. :surfweb:

I generally only open up a trouble ticket for the large offers. The reason is I belong to so many reward sites and they all seem to have the same smaller offers I can never remember if I have already signed up. So if I don't get credit for 20 cents its not the end of the world!

Generally I will submit the ticket if I don't get credit 8 days after I completed the offer. I figure it should have posted by then!

It all depends on the offer for how long it takes for the trouble ticket to close. There are some that are real problems with crediting people. I have had my nascar trouble ticket open for over month they seem to be a real problem though. But then I have had two that I have opened since then that I have rec'd credit for and have been closed. It all depends!
