SR - survey - credit or no credit?

This is the first screen that comes up when I click to take the SR survey after putting in my "personal" information. Will I get credit for the survey or is this sending me to something I don't get credit for?? I would use to get some sad message saying I didn't qualify but click here to do a different survey and I knew there was no credit - but now I just don't know!! Anyone know?

It should be credit. That's just how they route you to the actual survey. When you get done, it should return you to SR.
