They have a bunch of offers out there on SR. And they say that you get the initial kit and you can keep the free stuff and just send back the "paid for item" and then you will get credit and that would void your contract with them to buy more.

I signed up for the Veggie Tales one and the Phonics one...I see that there is a Marvel one and one for Disney Babies books.

My question is...I intend to keep the Veggie Tales subscription, but not the others. Is it bad to sign up, take the free stuff and send the stuff back for credit? I kinda feel like I am screwing the system!?!? :confused3

A lot of people do that. I would say if you honestly gave them a try - like let them come to the house, open it, flip thru it, and then made a decision to send it back then no you shouldn't feel guilty. You gave them a shot didn't like it and returned it. It would be like going shopping at the mall buying something and returning it the next week.

For the sake of the rewards programs I would wait a little bit into the trial offer to cancel though so that they don't lose advertisers.
